Hello everyone! Whenever I run the air on dehumidify or cool (not sure about heat as I haven’t used the heater lately), the air coming out smells strange. It’s an odd, somewhat musty, sweet odor and I’ve never had any issues before. Admittedly, I’ve never had my aircon cleaned (I’ve been here since August 2022), so I’m thinking it could be mold?
I checked what I could inside the unit and checked the filters, and I saw no mold whatsoever. However it could be just out of view within the unit. I am probably way overdue for a cleaning, so does anyone have any recommendations for aircon cleaning services in Uruma City? English is not necessary as I can have a coworker handle contacting the company and can use Google Translate to speak with the technician.
