Hello! I am currently doing a research project for school about Okinawan culture and would love to get some insight. I know I can just search Okinawan culture on Google, but I’d rather hear it from those who actually live there. Anyways, feel free to share pretty much anything you’d like about the culture in Okinawa (I know almost nothing). I’m especially interested in reading about the religion and popular festivals/holidays. Also any information on traditional food, art, language, literature, clothing, etc. is great as well.
