Hi all, I had this piece of sushi at SushiDai last December. I remember the sushi chef said “baby salmon” when serving it but my friend said he heard “baby whale”.
It’s SUPER soft, just a slab of red fish meat, no marbles or whatsoever.
Does anyone know what sushi meat is this?
