Recently, there was a [thread here about quitting Japanese](https://www.reddit.com/r/LearnJapanese/comments/1amvbk7/why_do_so_many_japanese_learners_quit_or_become/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button), and I think there are many valid points there. It’s okay for people to quit if they don’t enjoy learning Japanese, or if it’s taking too much of their time.
However, I wanted to start a “counter thread” to talk about what do you actually enjoy about the process of learning Japanese, despite how difficult and time-consuming it normally is? What’s your favourite thing about the process, or your approach, or your routine?
