Hi all, I’m trying to book a day trip to Gala Yuzawa on JR East’s tour site. Specifically this one: https://www.jre-travel.com/seasonal/ski/gala/?utm_source=gala&utm_medium=ban&utm_campaign=ski_higaeri&utm_content=2023_2024
I believe they use the same backend as the Japanese EkiNet service because I am able to log in using that account.
However, it has rejected all my credit cards (Amex, Master, Visa – all of them). I suspected that they may only accept domestically issued cards, so I tried a couple of Japanese cards and they were rejected as well.
Just wanted to check if any kind souls here faced the same issues before? Thanks!
