We will be ending our trip in Hakone. Our flight is at 1pm from Haneda airport. I would rather take private transport or just a taxi or uber for the 1.5 hour drive as I would rather ensure we arrive easily and stress-free considering we will have all of our luggage. I spoke to our hotel and they quoted me $600 USD for a 1.5 hour private transfer. I see many private transfer websites offering cheaper rides, but I am not sure if they are reliable. My question is, can I just book a taxi or an uber to drive me from Hakone to Haneda airport? I am willing to pay for the convenience but $600 is definitely too much.
