A few years ago, I opened a NISA account with Rakuten. Got approved, but never used it. Now I’d like to use the new NISA and put some cash in low cost Index funds.
Anyone know if I got to reapply or if I can upgrade my existing account somehow? I am asking before frying my head unnecessarily.
