Hi all. I’ve made a car rental booking through ToCoo for part of our Japan in April (Odawara to Tokyo), as there were no Minivans available with direct bookings with Toyota Rent-a-Car.
Has anyone used ToCoo? I’m a bit confused why they have cars available but the official Toyota Rent-a-Car website indicated they were booked out of minivans.
Also, does anyone know if I’m able to rent an ETC card through Toyota Rent-a-car when I pick up the car? ToCoo only gives you an option of renting an ETC card through themselves and the pick up options don’t work for us.
