Last time i was looking for soho apartment using wagaya and found a place that fits my criteria in sumida. I should be suspicious by the lack of photo but didn’t really think much about it. But then i found the same place on different website and it’s terribly dilapidated…

Does anyone can help estimating how much full renovation will cost me? If it cost few more millions ,then i might as well look for other places that won’t need renovation.
