  1. Just wanted to edit: the sauce(?) Was made with dashi+Morin+soy sauce+ rice vinegar, and I topped the tofu with bonito flakes, nori, spring onion and sesame seeds

  2. Looks delicious! What was the secret to making it crispy after the 3rd try?
