Do I have to pay taxes, pension, insurance when on parental leave?

Basically, the title. Do I still have to pay these if I’m on parental leave and not getting paid my salary? If so, how do the companies in Japan usually handle that? Do they just not pay anything and ask the employee to take care of it?
