What type of fish top left?


I went to a restaurant I haven’t been before. I wasn’t impressed even though they got praised a lot and a 4.5 stars on Google maps. The fish tasted like frozen still. I have sensitive teeth so it was bothering me. The outside of the salmon was dried, and I could see some veins. The fish on the top left smelled bloody (?!) (like iron). I should had asked them what that was but I figured it’s common type of fish someone knows. I don’t know if it supposed to smell like that at all. Overall, do you think I should give them a second chance?
