I have less than 1000man sales Amazon side hustle, so I have opted out of the qualified invoice issuer system. I have picked the corresponding setting in Amazon’s Seller Central, so Amazon should indicate that I am not a qualified invoice issuer. However, I received a message from a buyer today:
> 注文番号○○○○の適格請求書の要件を満たした領収書または請求書を提供してもらえますか?
Amazon has an automatic response option “Send Invoice”, but I am guessing it will send just a regular invoice, not a qualified one. I also suspect the buyer has no clue about my invoice issuer status because he is not using Amazon’s business account. Should I refuse to provide a qualified invoice based on the fact that I am not registered as a qualified invoice issuer?
