Itenerary Check and Advice

We just finshed an itenerary for 14 days in Tokyo, Nara, and Osaka (March 4th-18th) and are pretty excited with everything but I would like others opinions on it as well if possible regarding taking away some stuff that aren’t as great or anything else. There are some days that are pretty slow but then some days that are filled with a good amount of stuff. We grouped places that are close together in a day to not go back and forth. Some days seem like a lot but much of the stuff is walking distance of each other. Didn’t put down many places to eat because we thought we’d eat any good restaurant along the way. Also planning on booking 3 hotels (Tokyo 4th-11th, Kyoto 11th-16th, and Tokyo the 16th-18th). Hoping to book a Shinkansen day off if I can’t prebook a ticket on SmartEX bc I heard some people have had trouble with their cards. Was wondering if anyone had any problems I should know with booking a Shinkansen ticket from Tokyo to Kyoto on the day of. Sorry for the long post but super ecstatic on the upcoming trip!
