I have a small electrical project — a new outlet, new circuit breaker, and an ethernet drop from upstairs to downstairs. The problem is, the owner of our house has never hired an electrician himself, and doesn’t know where to start either. He had both of our houses built in the early 2000s, and they haven’t needed any electrical maintenance since. My Japanese friends and colleagues are similarly stumped.
So. Can anyone recommend an electrician who’d be up for a ~1 hour project in the Uji area?
