Working Holiday with remote working

Hello,

I am planing to fly to Japan this March thanks to the Working Holiday visa, staying 1 year at the country. In order to keep my job and an income, I plan to work remotely as part-time (5-6h/day, no problem for my company, already talked this issue). However, I am very lost about if it is legal, if I need to pay taxes, how much and how it works. I phoned the consulate (I’m from Spain) and they have no clue, neither if I can do it or not. This tuesday I have the final consulate visit and if everything goes correctly my visa will be approved, but I’m afraid that they won’t have any information regarding this issue.

I want to do things legally, but I don’t know how it works and also the little information I read on internet is not clarifying enough. Some people say that you don’t need to do anything, other people says that you need to file Article 172 Declaration. Any more info? It is a complicated process?

Thank you so much.
