Sorry for bring this question up, probably been answered but probably hasn’t I do not know.
I am currently in Japan for SOFA status and I plan to purchase a home in the area, I wanted to know if there are any banks willing to provide loans to foreigner’s or are there any banks in the states that will give you a loan for foreign properties? I recently sold my home back in San Diego and will have money to use to buy a home in cash, just wanted to see if there were any banks here in japan or in the states that could loan some extra money out if i find a home that I really want that might be above of what I currently have.
