  1. It doesn’t look very Japanese (especially with sashimi). Know what ethnicity the owners/sushi chefs are?

  2. If it’s korean then it’s similar to a dipping sauce I make with garlic, green onion, onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Its called yangnyum jang “korean everything sauce” Is that more of the flavor profile?
