Alongside school, I work as a substitute teacher. I’ve been working as a sub for roughly a year, with no plans of quitting until I’m finished with my degree (the flexibility is too good to give up). Thanks to this, I’ve been trained in classroom management, although I don’t know if classroom management in the US is anything like classroom management in JP. Would employers in Japan consider this work experience?
