Tokyo 3-day Itinerary Check – does this look reasonable?

We (7 people, my elderly (but in good shape) parents, three kids 14F, 12F, 10F and my spouse and I) are traveling to Japan in late June into early July. We have three days in Tokyo at the beginning of our trip. Does this itinerary look do-able?

DAY 1:
Arrive HND around mid-afternoon

Head to the hotel in Asakusa, decompress a bit

Dinner somewhere near hotel, maybe an izakaya

Rest, since we’ll probably be very jet lagged.

DAY 2:
Explore Asakusa area: Senso-ji, Nakamise-dori

Meiji Jingu

Harajuku for shopping and street food

(We have no lunch plans as we plan to eat street food at Nakamise-dori and Harajuku)

Is a cat cafe frowned upon? My kids want to go, but I’ve read here about the animal rights issues in Japan and having second thoughts

Shibuya

Drinks at Shibuya Sky

Would Omoide Yokocho for dinner be a good idea?

DAY 3: last day in Tokyo

Gotokuji Maneki Neko temple

Tsukiji Outer Market

Lunch somewhere around Tsukiji

Ginza to shop and explore

Akihabara

Kappa-bashi

Spouse and I to go out for omakase sushi (any recommendations? Doesn’t have to be super high end or Michelin star, but we are willing to pay for a great experience)

My parents and kids eat dinner somewhere else in Asakusa maybe ramen (Ichiran? Somewhere better?)

After Day 3, we will be going to Hakone, probably leaving early in the morning.
