  1. Of course you can make it however you like, but a lot of that would be better cooked in with the curry instead of used as as toppings, I would think.

  2. It looks like you cooked out of the box curry and dumped canned mushrooms and cooked shrimp on it… Peanuts, pineapple, and raisins? That would make sense in a coconut milk based thai curry, but I am 10 flavors of confused by this.
