So I’m leaving to Japan (Arriving Narita) for 2 weeks on March 4th. I read that there is a chip shortage and IC cards are not being sold everywhere you used to be able to get them. I have an Android so I cant use it for a virtual IC card, can anyone tell me how difficult it is or where to find IC cards for purchase in/around Narita airport? Is it still possible at all to get a card or do I have to deal with buying individual tickets every time?
