Happened near Kakazu elementary and Kakazu middle school. My friend’s daughter in the Ginowan area has been approached by a guy in his 50s or 60s wearing a black jogging suit with red stripes, asking for her address and to meet up with her after school. He has gotten video of him and told both the school and police. He has been reported talking to little boys a well. Please let your kids know to not give this guy or any like him any information and do not talk to people like this.
