Wagyu Sando Stall/Stand?

I don’t really eat cow, but these Wagyu sandos I’m seeing look delicious and I’d like to try one. However… one, I’ll be with a vegetarian and, two, I really just want to try the sando because “when in (Japan)” so I’d prefer not having a full, sit down meal. I know, it’s the experience, it’s the culture of food/preparation, etc. but are there any stalls or carry out Wagyu sando places in Tokyo, Kyoto, or Osaka you’d recommend? I know the quality will be less than a restaurant, and it’s not about the price, it’s about just wanting a taste of something.
