Hey everyone, I’m in dire need of deciding where I should take my girlfriend for her birthday. I’d really like to find a restaurant with a great view of the city with a good looking course menu. Generally when we celebrate something we eat sushi or italian food but we both love everything really, so I’m focusing more on the ambiance and the view. My budget would top out around \~25K per person.

The Towers
Fishbank
Bvlgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin
New York Grill (was going here but closed for reno)

All three look good but I’m not really excited about taking her to any of them, so could you please suggest some reccomendations?
