Tokyo – which sights can be missed?

Hi! I’ll be going to Japan with my parents (in their 70s) and we will be in Tokyo for 3 days (this can possibility be stretched to 3.5 days if we leave for Kyoto later on the 4th day).

We will be there at the beginning of Cherry blossom period (end March).

These are the sights/activities I’ve narrowed it down to, but it’s still too much! Bear also in mind we will do a lot of temple stuff in Kyoto/Nara.

Day 1: Arrive at Haneda at 7:30am. Go to hotel in Ginza to drop off luggage.
– Ginza six for lunch/shopping
– tea house/ Imperial Gardens

Dad arrives in Narita at 2:30pm. Probably in Ginza around 5pm?

Evening – dinner in Roppongi. Would we have time/energy for Teamlabs Borderless?

Day 2: private tour to Kawaguchico & Fuji area. Dinner near

Day 3: morning in Tsujiki market for sushi, afternoon in Senso-ji / Asakusa area. Dinner there?

Day 4: morning in Shinjuku Gyoen national park to see cherry blossoms and tea house, then train to Kyoto.

We also could potentially do Shinjuku on our last day before we fly back from Tokyo (after Kyoto, or we can stay in Kyoto for longer and just spend the evening in Tokyo near the hotel) since we have an early morning flight.

What are everyone’s thoughts on the above?
