Hi all, I just moved into my new apartment here in Kyoto, and I was wondering if there are cheaper times of the day to use electricity/water for things like the washing machine.
Back home in the US there are cheaper times of the day and more expensive times. I couldn’t find anything about this online so thought I’d come here!
