so I need to update my address with rakuten securities and every time I do so I receive the following:

> 在留カード／特別永住者証明書のアップロードなし
> 本人確認書類で在留期限が確認できないため、変更手続きを承ることが> できません。
but the thing is … I’m not actually trying to change that. I’m only trying to change my address.
Am I required to submit my 在留カード regardless?
