Does anybody perhaps know where to buy velo/snus in Kyoto? I’ve had no luck in the combinis thus far and have just been stocking up everytime I go to Osaka.

edit: If anyone sees this wondering where to buy snus in Kyoto, it is sold in a tobacconist called ‘Sanshin’ located in the Sanjo area.

I do remember seeing some product like that, but that was a while back, even pre-corona, most probably they didnt catch up here in japan, so you might be out of luck.
family mart should have it, ploom shops also should.
In Kyoto, you’ll find them at a cigar store.
