Recently I have been having difficulty controlling my need to go to the lavatory . And sadly a few times I was unable to control my urinal discharge hence resulting to wearing diapers just in case . Can any kind soul recommend a urinal incontinence clinic or hospital . That is English friendly and also except the national insurance

Unfortunately, I don’t know one that is in perfect English but I know an urologist near Meguro station who is quite good and can speak English. Not native but enough for someone who doesn’t speak Japanese well to understand in my opinion.
