Your itinerary looks amazing. How did you get a reservation at Harutaka? That’s the Michelin star sushi place in Ginza, correct?
Im not quite getting it about Day14 in Nara.. then a Bullet train to greater Tokyo.. then the next day to ‘Fuji’? Now there are some fine details, but depending on where you are that evening before in Tokyo.. going to ‘see’ Mt Fuji means a lot of different things. What do you have planned for Day 15? because.. that is a lot of back and forth (and cost). The travelling will eat up much of your day as there are several ways to get there. Plus – ‘Mt Fuji’ is pretty generic.. like, are you hoping for a glimpse.. or visiting the nearby villages/ towns?

And Day 1 .. you arrive late in the morning .. from where? N America or Europe? .. because if you are .. you will be exhausted and experience some real jet lag the first two or three days unless you are arriving from just a short/ nearby flight from a neighbouring country.
