Obtaining medication as a foreigner in Japan?

Hello, I’m going to travel to Osaka for work in April. I’ll be there for 3 months. I take some medications, the most essential being:

\- Spironolactone.

\- Metformin.

\-Escitalopram.

\- Levothyroxine.

How it works in my country is that all of these medications are OTC, I can walk into a pharmacy and buy them without a script or prescription. Would it work similarly in Japan?

It’s also my first time doing international travel, so I don’t know if it would be feasible to travel with a 3 month supply of medication.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
