I’ve been in and around the craft beer industry for close to 20 years now, in a part of the world know for it’s craft revolution. During my last trip in Japan, in early 2020, I wasn’t very well informed about the craft options in Japan and I really wasn’t impressed with what I’ve stumbled upon. Surely, there are really solid options but I missed them. What do you like? And why?
P. S. The quality from large breweries is very good so I wasn’t dying of thirst, either! Loved plenty of interesting offerings from Sapporo, Kirin, Asahi
