  1. Top Notch

Nick and Renee’s – This place is fantastic and the shakes are good too. It’s a bit spendy, but I have not had a better hamburger anywhere. I’ve never had trouble parking.

Frank’s Ride & Eat – A close second to Nick & Renee’s. Another amazing hamburger. I’d go more often if I could be sure there was place to park.

Shake Shack – Fast food done very right. So right it deserves to be with the other top notch buyers, but cheaper.

    Very Good Hamburgers:

Outback – It’s been a while, but I remember these as a solid quality hamburger. Don’t eat too much of the Bloomin’ Onions before it arrives.

Hard Rock Cafe – Again, I haven’t been there for a while, but like Outback, this was one of the first real hamburgers to appear in Osaka.

Kua’aina – Hawaiian Hamburgers. These are serious burgers and I suspect people know them. They just make the list.

  2. We just had very good burgers today at This Is Burger in Karita (very kind owner too!) but realize that’s quite off the beaten path from Namba.

  3. Craft burger in minami horie, best in Osaka in my opinion, ran by a kiwi guy, went so well he opened another branch in umeda. Bloody amazing and I highly recommend the peanut butter sauce burger at lunch time

  4. This is not namba or Umeda but the best burger I ever had was at a place called “All Good Burger” at sennan marble beach. I’m American and I’ve had plenty of burgers so you can trust my review lol!

  5. “Sunny Dayz” cafe in shinsaibashi top rated burger.
A bit out of town “Hamburg center” @takaida(higashiosaka)
    “Craft burger” is highly recommended.
And the best is only a train ride to Yao away “香留壇” (google maps is your friend) for the best burger in Osaka.
