Hi guys,
I’m a British passport holder who is thinking about working a ski season in Niseko, Hokkaido from next November and think the Working Holiday Visa is the most applicable for my needs in that (please correct if I’m wrong).
As I understand it, I need to be present for a face-to-face interview to verify documentation and my purpose of being in Japan. I plan on being in Australia from February until I go to Japan next November. Now my question is, am I able to do my interview at any Consulate or Embassy (such as those in Australia) or must it be the embassy in my home country (UK)?
