The three major providers offer fiber in most areas with 10-gigabit packages. However, I have noticed discrepancies in ping and jitter mentioned between these providers, and these variations seem to be location-dependent.
Is there anything specific to look out for in an area that would give me an idea of the network infrastructure stability?
