Had the pleasure to stop and check this place out. For reference I’m a 34 year old American dude and was with my 40 year old wife and no kids, but hey animals can be fun for all ages.
It’s a sprawling zoo with tons of activities for kids other than just looking at animals. It was relatively English friendly and frankly a nice breath of woodland air away from the concrete jungle.
Can’t recommend this spot enough if you can make the trip out!
p.s. I know Saitama isn’t technically Tokyo, but come on it’s pretty close.
