New NISA US Stocks/ETFs Restrictions Question(JEPI, JEPQ)

I tried buying JEPI and JEPQ under the new NISA but it seems it is no longer possible. Under the old NISA it was possible to hold these ETFs, but I cannot find what’s the criteria that rules what can be held and what can’t on the new NISA.

Does anybody knows why JEPI, and JEPQ are no longer supported on NISA?
