Food allergies in Japan

I’m planning a trip in early summer and I recently became allergic to a lot of foods including gluten, shellfish, and some fruits. I’m very nervous as seafood and soy sauce are the main ingredients for most foods and I can’t have either (there’s gluten in soy sauce 😢) Any tips on staying fed for two weeks? I’m fine not going to restaurants and I don’t need to experience the food part to have fun, but I’m worried about not being able to read food labels at convenience stores and not having enough energy because I’m too scared to eat…
