Been thinking if Okinawa would be a good place to move to and try to start a hospitality business.
What are the places like there that people love to patronize? Restaurants, bars, boutique hotels, breakfast places, cafes?

Is it expensive or hard to find properties to rent for a hospitality business?
For background info, I am a Japanese national so moving and starting a business would be possible without visa issues.
