Currently I am on ENGINEER/HUMANITIES ( expires on 2025).
I came to my home country last month(December) due to family emergencies but been working remotely as per Japanese schedule.
I have heard if staying outside of Japan for more than a year, i would need to apply for special re entry permission before flying out. But I wont be spending more than a year .
My original plan was 2 and half month but thinking to extend to more 2 months.
So total in about 4-5 months.
I will still be working remotely. All taxes, pension, insurance are deducted from salary and my apartment/utlities bills also gets deducted from bank account.
I am planning to apply for PR this year (around October-November).
Will it affect the PR application if there is long gap travel ? Is there any maximum limit i can stay out of Japan?
