Hey there. I was recently at this place called Grimm Harajuku, in Harajuku. They served a soup and salad, and I liked the soup (which seemed simple). It might have been a beef broth soup? Is anyone familiar with what exactly it is and a recipe I could try to replicate with it? Many thanks 🙏
