Chicken karaage: Japan style fried chicken

    1. 500g of chicken tenderloins
    2. 1/2 of onion
    3. 7pcs of garlic( Korean who love garlic/ consider your own preference)
    4. 3 spoons of soy sauce
    5. 1 spoon of cooking wine
    6. Salt
    7. 4 spoons of Potato starch
    8. 2 spoons of Frying flour

    Directions

    1. Grind 1/2 of onion and 7pcs of garlic and put it in the plastic bag
    2. Cut chicken tenderloins in a half
    3. put all in the plastic bag
    4. Put 3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine and a half spoon of salt in it.
    5. Mix all with your hands.(Massage)
    6. Marinate for 10minutes in refrigerator.
    7. Put 4 spoons of Potato starch and 2 spoons of Frying flour in it
    8. Massage
    9. Frying it all for 2.5 minutes at 320 ℉ and take it out. Cool it for 5 minutes.
    10. Frying it again 1.5minutes at 347℉
    11. It makes the dish better to squeeze lemon.

  2. I suggest substituting boneless chicken thigh meat for the chicken tenderloins. You will have a juicier and more flavorful final product.
