I work as a part-time for 9 years now. I begged the manager that maybe my work shift could be changed to 8am-5pm. They don’t want to agree and they say it’s not allowed to excuse my illness even if have a medical certificate . What can I do and where can I consult? My job is a caregiver
I got sick with herniated disc disease and it’s hard for me to do my work without taking steroid medicine. And it’s hard for me now to work in different work shifts.
Please help me.
