Hello, I am going to study at Kyoto University for one year and I got placed into Ohbaku International House. I was wondering if anyone had any experience in these dorms and if they could explain what it was like? Also, It does not say in the rules so I do not think they will have this rule but I just wanted to double-check if there was any curfew?
