Msc Maths admission at Kyoto University (Any chance)

Hello,
[Sorry for writing too long]

I got my bachelor degree in CS here in India with a low gpa (7.2/10), During my degree my maths courses were

Calculus and Laplace transform, Probability & Statistics & Reliability, Applied Linear algebra, Operations Research ( Optimization stuff), Computational game theory, Discrete mathematics and graph theory

[I don’t know if any of the stuff, I am writing below even matters but then also]

Apart from this I have given numerous algorithmic coding contests online and got some good ranks in them , I was also qualified for ACM-ICPC regionals (Olympics of algorithmic programming), qualified two rounds of Facebook hacker cup and one round of google code jam and recently got a descent rank in Quant championship by WorldQuant.

I have been learning group theory, real analysis on my own.

I want to do apply for kyoto Univ, but I don’t know whether its open or not, I can’t get much from their site.

If anyone know, then please share me the admission process and whether I have a chance or not.

[they are asking to select supervisor and a research topic but the problem is I feel comfortable with abstract algebra but it is not mentioned, upper level topics such as algebraic geometry, arithmetic geometry is mentioned where it is a pre-requisite, so if I write abstract algebra as research topic will the supervisor accept it and ask questions related to it in the entrance test]

Thanks for reading
