Is it possible for me to get a bilingual job with an N4 proficiency level?

I’ve been a stay at home mom for 4 years in total. (worked as an English teacher for 6 months in between). Even though I am quite anxious about restrarting my career, with the current economy, going back to work is a must.I plan on exploring other jobs that are not related to English teaching thinking that more exposure to the language will eventually help me become more fluent in Japanese. However, most postings I find online requires Japanese native level proficiency. I wanted to apply but I am not confident with my language ability so I am crowdsourcing for opinions, tips or advice.

Thank you in advance!
