I live in an apartment with free internet, tho since everyone in the building uses that same internet, the speed is terrible and some websites don’t even open.
Can i change to another provider? If so, what are some of the best providers you know? If they do have an unlimited plan, with a good speed and fair price, that would be ideal.
(English support would be a cherry on top)
Also, how is the process? How much does it take for them to change the provider and do they come to your house or whatever? And does Rakuten also provides them?
