Notes/Questions:
1. For Kyoto/Osaka, our home base will be around Kyoto
2. Planning to rent a car through Toyota Car Rental for the Daikoku Futo and Ebisu Circuit, as I’ve heard there’s transportation challenges if we don’t. Does Toyota Car Rental accept returns after business hours, as I’m seeing they’re usually only open until 8pm?
3. When driving in Japan, is there a slow/fast lane?
