Are Fine Arts degree holders not qualified to get an instructor’s visa to become an ALT? I’m from the Philippines, and I’ve applied for an ALT position twice but to no avail. I thought I may have a chance since I have an almost 10 years of experience as an online English tutor for Japanese students.
Then I saw this from one of the recruitment agencies I’d like to apply at:

I really want to move to Japan and become an ALT but I’m losing hope now :((
